Lahore:A delegation from the Film Producers Association, led by Chairman Mian Amjad Farzand, met with Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan at the Governor House.
According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, the Governor emphasized the role of the entertainment industry in enhancing Pakistan's soft image worldwide. He highlighted the significant contribution of artists in promoting a positive image of the country internationally.
The Governor encouraged the delegation to submit recommendations for national awards to honor legendary figures in the film industry. He also assured the delegation of his commitment to address the challenges faced by the film industry with the appropriate authorities.
