Rain and Thunderstorms Expected in Northern Regions

Islamabad:Partly cloudy weather accompanied by rain, windstorms, and thunderstorms is anticipated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, the Potohar region, Islamabad, and upper Punjab over the next 12 hours.

According to Radio Pakistan, other parts of the country can expect hot and dry weather conditions.

Morning temperatures recorded in major cities were as follows: Islamabad and Peshawar at 24 degrees centigrade, Lahore at 26, Karachi at 28, Quetta at 17, Gilgit at 22, Murree at 13, and Muzaffarabad at 20 degrees centigrade.

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with potential rain, wind, and thundershowers is forecast for Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla. Morning temperatures in these areas were recorded at 12 degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramulla, 23 in Jammu, 4 in Leh, and 13 in Anantnag and Shopian.
