Islamabad:Wafaqi Mohtasib, Naveed Kamran Baloch, met with President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr to present the Annual Report for 2025.
According to Radio Pakistan, Baloch briefed the President on the institution's performance, noting the redressal of 261,101 complaints in 2025, an increase from 223,198 in 2024, with a 96.8 percent implementation rate.
The Wafaqi Mohtasib also discussed the institution's expansion to 28 cities and the establishment of One Window Facilitation Desks for Overseas Pakistanis at international airports, highlighting that nearly 88 percent of complaints were resolved within the statutory 60-day period.
President Zardari praised the Wafaqi Mohtasib's efforts, recognizing the institution's valuable service to the public. He emphasized the importance of promoting its activities, particularly the swift resolution of public grievances, to ensure more people can benefit from its services.
